These rules explain how Veyra cards work. They are part of our Terms of use.

1. Collectibles, not currency

Cards are digital collectibles. They have no cash value. They cannot be sold, resold, traded, gifted, lent, transferred or withdrawn, on Veyra or anywhere else, and Veyra will not buy them back. They are not securities, investments, deposits, crypto-assets or currency, and owning one gives you no right to any money, profit or revenue. Any attempt to sell or transfer a card, or an account that owns cards, breaks these rules and may lead to the cards being cancelled and the account being closed.

2. What you get

When you buy a card you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to show it in your collection, to display its serial number and certificate, and to support the profile it belongs to in the Weekly War. The artwork and the names, images and marks of the artists and athletes stay with their owners.

3. Tiers, editions and serial numbers

Cards come in four tiers: Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary. Each card has a fixed edition size that is shown before you buy. Every copy has its own serial number, for example #004 / 2,500. Editions can sell out. We will not issue more copies than the edition size shown.

4. Certificate of authenticity

Each issued card has a unique certificate with a fingerprint that is digitally signed by Veyra. Anyone can check it on our verification page. A certificate may be revoked if a card was issued by mistake, was paid for by a payment that was later reversed, or was obtained in breach of these rules. A revoked card is shown as revoked and no longer counts for ranking.

5. Points and the Weekly War

A card adds its listed points to its profile in the Weekly War at the moment payment is confirmed. Paid and free support are always shown separately. We may reverse points that come from a refunded or reversed payment, or from abuse such as fake accounts or automation.

6. Fairness

  • The free vote is one per account per day.
  • The board resets every Monday at 00:00 India Standard Time.
  • If we change how points are scored, including any limit on how much one account’s spending can count in a week, we will publish the new rules before they apply.
  • No prize of money or value is awarded for ranking.

7. Prices and payment

The price is shown in Indian rupees before you pay. Payment is taken by our payment partner and the card is issued after the payment is confirmed. You must have the right to use the payment method you use, and if you are under 18 you must have your parent’s or guardian’s consent.

8. Refunds

If a payment succeeds but no card is issued, or the edition sold out, we will issue the card or refund the full amount to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days. Once a card has been issued it is delivered, and we do not refund a change of mind, except where the law says we must. Contact us with your order number: our support team (contact details are being set up).

9. If something goes wrong

If a card is issued by mistake, duplicated or counted incorrectly, we may correct it, including by cancelling the card and refunding you. If we end the service we will give you notice. [What happens to cards and refunds if the service ends is to be confirmed by counsel.]
